We led the scheme through full planning, including a loft conversion and rear extension, before delivering a fully integrated interior design, site inspections, and administration of a traditional building contract. This end-to-end involvement allowed us to maintain design continuity while ensuring technical precision, build quality, and cost control.

The design focuses on light, proportion, and crafted detail—where structure, daylight, and joinery are resolved cohesively. From bespoke stair elements and rooflight integration to cabinetry, bathrooms, and finishes, each component was developed with a clear understanding of how the home would be lived in.

Working directly with a private client demands clarity, trust, and careful stewardship. Acting as both designer and technical lead, we translated personal aspirations into a robust, buildable solution while managing the traditional contract to protect the client’s interests throughout construction.
